Shirley Chisholm: The amazing women in congress

Image
Shirley Chisholm, The first African American Congresswoman in the 1960s. She was in Congress for working on Education and Labor Committee along with helping form Black Caucus. 1972, She made history again by running in the presidential nomination, working for seven terms in office until she retired from teaching and as a public speaker. Shirley wrote a few books also, naming them: "Unbought and Unbossed, The Good Fight. Shirley Chisholm was 80 years old when she passed away, she passed January 1, 2005. I recommend this to people who understand how life works, people who understand what they'll might go through in life, not meaning to get pregnant by a stranger on accident but dealing with the pros and cons of family and life. Jane the Virgin teaches you that you can do anything you can for famil...
